The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
This one-hour training course provides basic information to dental healthcare workers for compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Topics covered include terminology, Privacy, Security, and Breach of Notification Rules, as well as FAQs and resources for dental offices.
Registrants will be eligible for 1 category "C" CE credit hour following successful completion of this course. If you are taking this course for Oklahoma Board of Dentistry CE credit, you will be required to keep a copy of your Certificate of Completion which will serve as your receipt.
