Summary

Please refer to the Test Proctoring Sites page of our website for a complete list of official testing sites and contact information to schedule a test appointment.

Please click on the ‘Other Resources’ tab and print off the study guide before proceeding with the lecture

Once you have completed all three videos and the review section, you MUST schedule a time to take the final exam online at an approved proctor site. You will need a code from the proctor site in order to continue on with the final exam so DO NOT ATTEMPT to open or take the final exam until you are at the testing site. If you do not pass the exam, you must pay to retake the program. If this occurs, please contact support@semianrweb.com so that we can reset your profile so you can enroll again.

Bring a Government-issued Photo ID along with a print-out or screenshot of your "My Seminars" page on the ODF website that shows you completed all three parts of this program and are ready to begin the final exam.

If this is your first time registering for an online program through ODF, click "Register Now" and then choose "Create a new record" after entering your last name. Fill out all of the appropriate fields and walk through the registration process.

You will get an email with connection instructions after registering that prompts you to set up a username and password which you will use to login and access your courses under My Seminars.

This is a certification course you must pass in order to take x-rays in Oklahoma.

Oklahoma Dental Assistants holding this expanded duty permit may expose intra-oral and extraoral radiographs. You must have an Oklahoma Dental Assisting Permit Number (ex: DA1234), complete this online course by taking the final exam at an approved test proctoring location, and complete 200 radiographs under the supervision of a dentist (the form for this will be emailed to you by the Board of Dentistry).

There are three video portions to this online course that you may complete at home. After each video, you will have to answer review questions that will help prepare you for the final exam.

Please note: Some portions of the audio in this recording are a little quiet. For best results, we recommend viewing with headphones.
